Why doesn't Chicago have cameras all over the Dan Ryan expressway? They have signs indicating that they have video surveillance in many places along expressways and THERE IS CONSTRUCTION EVERYWHERE and signs indicating that the construction areas are 'photo enforced.' Yet, nobody ever sees anything and this is a regular thing. Answer: this does not generate revenue and this conflicts with the narrative as we all know who the suspects are. So I guess we are just going to keep putting the lives of Chicago citizens and tourists in danger. But hey, with a 5% conviction rate in Cook County the trigger-happy thugs have a 95% chance of getting away with it. So hey, why not?
